We've all heard of the benefits of yoga for adults, but what about yoga for babies? In today's parentcast, a look at what this ancient discipline can do for you and your little one.

In fact, experts say, it's not only safe, but also, a great way for you and your baby to bond. Pediatricians say as long as you support your baby's neck and don't force him or her into a position, there are many physical and mental gains from yoga.

This mom started practicing baby yoga with her son mathew, when he was only 4 weeks old. She says yoga helped relieve his gas pains and colic. Experts say gentle yoga could actually be good for your baby. These moms say it helps them develop an intuition about what their baby's are feeling and helps them relax too.
