Itsy Bitsy Yoga was born in 1999, out of my passion for yoga and my innate understanding of infants and toddlers. As a parent, I know how precious the time with your little one is, and Itsy Bitsy Yoga makes each moment fun and memorable. As an infant developmental movement educator, I love to share how important floor-time, positioning, and movement all are to your baby and toddler’s development. The yoga teacher in me brings parents new ways to calm, soothe, and nurture your baby and toddler. My goal is to incorporate these components into each of Itsy Bitsy Yoga’s products in order to help you do all you can to give your baby a strong and healthy foundation that will last beyond the preschool years.
