This four-day Tot & Tyke training with Itsy Bitsy Yoga founder, Helen Garabedian, prepares you to become a Certified Tot & Tyke Itsy Bitsy Yoga Facilitator (CIBYF) for 10-month to 4-year-olds and their parents. If you practice yoga or already work with children, you will love this training because it offers the most developmentally-sound and heart-centered child/parent yoga training available!

Now that mobile tots are busy exploring and tykes can mimic and talk, Itsy Bitsy Yoga appeals to their natural skills, abilities and interests to enhance their well-being, body awareness and self-confidence. You will deepen your understanding of child’s physical, cognitive, social and verbal development as it relates to yoga for a 10-month to 4-year-olds.

Itsy Bitsy Yoga®
As a Itsy Bitsy Yoga facilitator you will know exactly how to honor and appeal to independent tots and tykes. Each class is personalized around the curiosities and interests of the child participants. You will learn how to properly teach and sequence more than 75 age-appropriate poses, group activities, songs, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. You will discover how the interactive Itsy Bitsy Yoga Sing & Do Rhymes can keep busy 10-month to 4-year-olds eager to participate in yoga. You will be able to impart practical ways for parent participants to playfully enhance their children’s yoga practice in and out of class.
